Stanislava Paulsen graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, specialisation - business and finance.
Stanislava joined Telefonica in 2006 to work in the position of executive director for customer care. In the years from 1999 to 2005, she worked for TDC Contactel (Danish telco), initially in the position of marketing manager and later on, for 6 years, as director of customer care.
In the past, she had worked for Pepsi-Cola in the role of marketing manager responsible for the Czech and Slovak markets.
These days, Stanislava assumes the position of Director of Customer Experience at Telefónica Czech Republic.
As to her leisure time activities, she prefers spending the time with her little son and her husband.
