Safety Line
Safety line 116 111, nationwide helpline for children who find themselves in a difficult and an situation. Safety Line is anonymous, nonstop and thanks to the O2 Foundation, children may call the helpline for free from the Czech Republic. Safety Line experts receive 80 calls from children in an emergency situation every day.

How can you help the Safety Line and more children in a crisis to get through?
- Sending the donor SMS in the format DMS LINKABEZPECI sent to the following number 87777.You may also contribute regularly all-year-round, just send a text message in the format DMS ROK LINKABEZPECI to the following number 87777. The charge per DMS is CZK 30. Safety Line will receive CZK 27 for each DMS you send.
- Or by making donation by transfering your contribution to ČSOB bank, a.s. account number 888 777 444/0300
- You have an old telephone bring it to out O2 shop. For each retired and recycled handset Safety Line receives CZK 25.
Senior Helpline
Helpline for seniors and people taking care of the elderly – 800 200 007. Thanks to the support provided by O2 Foundation free Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Helpline is anonymous. Senior Helpline experts receive 25 calls from seniors every day.
